Fenova Consulting International (FCI) is a consulting firm specialized in helping organizations navigate Lebanon’s political scene. Whether a client needs guidance on managing already running projects, assistance with finding a starting point for future projects, impartial NGO assessments, evaluations of civil society projects, or qualitative data on specific topics, Fenova will develop a plan to meet their specific demands.
Ever since Lebanon in 1990 emerged from fifteen years of civil war, foreign businesses have been struggling to navigate the often times polarized and bewildering environment that this small but vibrant country offers. Knowing whose advice to listen to, who is backing whom and why, is a common problem faced by foreign investors, since virtually everyone on the polarized Lebanese political scene has their own allies and agendas.
